Founder & CEO
Jaresha Obey is a decorated military combat veteran, seasoned sports professional, and visionary founder of JMonay Management. She brings a powerful blend of personal and professional experience from serving as a military commander to coaching college basketball and leading as a sports administrator.
Her leadership is grounded in discipline, integrity, and purpose. With years of high-level experience across service and sport, she understands what it means to lead, to build, and to carry a standard.
JMonay was created to do more than manage talent she created it to represent identity, unlock opportunity, and lead with impact.
